INTERMEDIATE MECHANICAL SERVICES ENGINEER - MEP CONSULTANCY - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading multi-disciplined engineering consultancy
providing design, fire safety and technical services to a range of
sectors including; Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Residential,
Government & Commercial build.
Checking and reviewing plans and calculations for Mechanical Services
systems prepared by Junior Engineers
Maintain records and files of all completed engineering work
Supervision of Junior engineering design staf
Manage project workflow program
Managing of project stakeholders
Attendance and recording of any project specific/design meeting
Management of on-site contractors
Completion of Site surveys and reports
Provide engineering support to Resident Engineers and senior design
staff
Support ad-hoc activities assigned by senior staff from time to time
As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer with AFEC International, a
senior member of staff will be assigned as your mentor to guide you
through your career progression

process

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a degree in Building services Engineering or
equivalent
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
Good IT skills and familiarity with industry specific software
(AutoCAD/REVIT etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
An eye for detail
Strong Communication skills
Excellent people and time management skills
The ability to work well as a team and on your own
